I just wanted to let you know that the issue with our swim deck on the 2006 Crownline that we puchased from you in 2012 was resolved by Tim and your Service Department. They dealt with the problem in a very prompt and complete way, replacing the old deck with a correct warranty item, getting our boat back quickly and looking very nice. We had been looking for a very specific boat and found a 2016 yamaha limited s e series at Munson marine. Matt, our salesperson was very responsive and extremely helpful. We bought our boat on a Saturday from Las Vegas Nevada and it was delivered to us by Chuck on the following Friday. We have spent the last 2 days on the water at Lake mead. I was distraught the week before Memorial Day Weekend because my engine finally failed on my 20 year old pontoon. Long story short, I visited many marinas in the area and found a few great options. At the end of the day, I went with a South Bay from Munson Marine because my salesman MATT HARVES was incredible. He never sold me, only advised me which I really appreciated. Hes stayed in constant contact with me to ensure my satisfaction. We first walked into Munson Marine in July 2017, and our experience with everyone at Munson has been great. From sales to office to service, the entire staff has been patient, made us feel welcome, helped with any question no matter how obvious the answer, and always put in the extra effort to ensure we could get out on the water.

Came in and saw Matt on Wednesday and picked out my boat, the Escape 165, picked out a trolling motor (Power Drive-2) and the Helix 7 sonar unit with the hopes of having it on the water this weekend. I gotta tell ya; these guy's delivered! I just pulled the new buttercup out of Center Lake, and she runs like a champ! Thanks to Matt, Mike, Tim, and the whole crew at Munson. I love this new ride!

Recently bought a used Alumacraft from Munson and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Friendly and knowledge staff who were patient throughout the sales process; consistent follow-up but not pushy. Brannon walked through all parts of the boat on shore and during the test drive. He knew my budget and focused on why the boat fit my needs rather than trying to up-sell me something with a larger price tag. Knew I wasn't the biggest commission of the day, but always felt like I was a top priority. Excellent overall experience.

I bought my South Bay pontoon last summer and love it. I keep it at the marina and it is a great place to keep it (safe). The best part of keeping it at Munson is the service. The guys there have serviced my boat well and are very nice. I will keep my boat slipped and stored at Munson.

I bought my first boat from Munson Marine last spring and have kept it at the marina ever since.....And I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. It is refreshing to be on a first name basis with sales, management and the service dept. MM has proven to go out of their way to take care of their customers. I would mention the event in which I am refering to but I dont want to broadcast unreasonable expectations on the web--I am very grateful for the help they provided.I recommend Munson Marine for your boating experience.
